The card fits into the 20-pin expansion interface on the Hydra and comes with a large thru hole prototype area with enough space to fit a single 16-pin DIP device or smaller 8 and 14-pin DIP devices.

Additionally, power is run into the card, both 3.3V and 5.0V supplies are available on power rails on either side of the card, plus attractive power LEDs let you know the power is flowing during insertion.
